  1. some tips &tricks that I tried and I loved (learned in a Parisian lady):
-replace the mayonnaise from supermarket with a handmade one or with a boiled egg ( at least I know the ingredients)
    – one day I had no apples. I added carrots – lovely; I added celery – lovely but I added too much 🙂
    – for chicken, I am buying a complete chicken, boiled: the meat was splitted for 3 salads ( dinner and next 2 days lunch boxes), the broth become a perfect soup
    – add some dill (if you love the taste) – to decorate.
-if you want sandwich, remove the apple from your recipe and mix with a blender. Put on the bread and then add apple cut veeeery thin. Perfect lunch to eat on the road.

    1. I haven’t tried making my own mayonnaise, but I definitely would like to! You’re right, using that and a full boiled chicken would probably save some money. Great ideas! And I love the idea of putting it into a blender. Thanks for your comment!
