Today I want to share with you one of our delicious recipes from our Camp Grit It meal plan to help you lose weight and get healthy! It’s absolutely my favorite lunch recipe when it comes to eating healthy and nutritionally appropriate foods. And it definitely doesn’t taste like it should be healthy!
Chicken and Apple Salad
— 1/4 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
— 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Mayonnaise
— 1 Medium Apple, peeled & cubed
— 1/2 Lemon
—5oz Premium Canned Chicken (prefer it with no salt added)
— Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, apple, and chicken (drained)
— Squeeze in juice of lemon
— Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and dill weed as desired
